Show Litems John Knudsen was a Salt Lake visitor last week. Mrs. II. C. Merz left Tuesday to visit with her relatives over at Price. Mrs. John B. Selby went to Salt Lake City on Sunday for a shoi t visit Mrs. Wallace Petty and children of Castledale are here, visiting with her mother, Mrs. John Nickolson. Mrs. Chris Johansen departed for Rexburg this week to visit with her daughter Mrs. James C. Anderson. There are a few celebrated "Toledo" Square Steam Cookers yet at cut rates ac F. Christensen's. Mrs. J. H. Hornung of Manti. has been visiting with her daughter Mrs. Prof. C. L. Johns, during the past week. Mrs. Wm. E. Watson and daughter Fern left for Salt Lake City Sunday where they expect to visit for a few days. James Monsen was a Salt Lake visitor last week. He was sent as a delegate to the Republican State Convention. Miss Ada Jensen returned from Salt Lake City on Saturday af ler spending ten days visiting with relatives rela-tives and friends. Miss Thea Rasmussen left early this week, for Ferron where she has been employed to teach school during dur-ing the coming year. F. C. Jensen returned from Salt Lake City last Saturday where he had been spending several days attending at-tending to his business in the city. John H. Seely returned from Salt Lake City on Sunday. He has been in the city arranging for the State Fair arid also to attend the Republican State Convention. Authnell Carter returned heme from a trip down South where he has been selling Life Insurance for several weeks. He spent most of his time in Richfield and Elsinore. Earl Seely and Rex Jensen were very much pleased with the county which they saw in Idaho while sojourning, so-journing, in that fiart of the country, but they have not yet made any investments in-vestments up there. Mr. and Mrs, W. D. Candland were visitors in Salt Lake City during dur-ing the past week. Mr. Candland went especially to attend the Republican Re-publican State Convention while Mrs. Candland visited with her daughter Mrs. Dibley. The Misses Martha and Hilda Moore of Boise Idaho, wf re here last week visiting with their niece Nephi ! Christensen and family. They returned re-turned to Ephraim Sunday and I began their winter's work in the ' Snow Academy. ' Ephraim Davidson, Pete Madsen, Frans Jensen and Nathanial Niels-in have returm-'d frcm L;an feeing amply paid f.r their trip to our neigh b 'i'ing state.
