Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS I State Engineer's Odlee, Salt Lake City, Utah, Decern ber 4th, 1914. j Notice Ih hereby given that the Ne- I I 1 1 i Irrigation Company, by Its president, presi-dent, R. II. Evans, whose post office address Is Nephl, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as ammended by the session ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1909, to appro- nriate fifteen (15) cubic-foot of wa-1 tor per second from Water Hollow, in Jaub County, Utah. Said water will be diverted into Hop Creek, a tributary of Salt Creek, at a point which bears south 29 degreeH 8 minutes min-utes west 2,346 feet from the northeast north-east corner of Section 14, low-rrfitp 13 south, Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridan, and allowed to (low down the natural channel of said stream and empty into Salt Creek, from where It will be diverted divert-ed at a point which bears south 6 degrees west 1,259 feet from the north quarter corner of Section 3, Township 13 south, Range 1 east, and conveyed by means of an earthen earth-en canal for a distance of about 47,-500 47,-500 feet and there used from January Janu-ary 1st to December 31st, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 14,080 acres of land embraced in Sections 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, Township 12 south, Range 1 east; Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 17, Township 13 south, Range 1 east; Sections 25, 26, 35 and 36, Township 12 south, Range 1 west, and Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Township 13 south, Range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 2865. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefore, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
