Show PROMINENT SPRING CITY MAN SUDDENLY CALLED BY DEATH Louis M. ChriBtlansen long time resident and highly respected citizen of Spring City passed away suddenly at his home Tuesday, December 16th. Mr. Christiansen was born in Denmark, Den-mark, February 18th, 1850, coming to Utah and settling at Ephraim in j 1876, later coming to Spring City where he has made his home. He filled a two-year mission for the L. D. S. Church to Scandinavia, 18a. to 18 99, acted as Mayor or Spring City for three terms, 1884 to 1890, being a member of the City Council it the time of his death. He also held positions of trust in the L. D. S. Church, being one of the Seven Presidents Pres-idents of Seventies at the time of his death. Mr. Christiansen was married to Miss Margret Stoddard May 26th, 1873 and is survived by . a wife and four children, 3 girls and a boy, also a sister living at Fair-I Fair-I view, death was caused by Pluericy, ' the ftnat attack being Saturday night, late.a'r?d time of'funeral could not be ascertained at' this writing.
