Ben E, Reynolds has opened a shooting gallery on North State street. Mr. and Mrs. N. P. Anderson of Elsinore have been spending a few days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. M. R. Anderson. Wallace Petty, at one time a bus-ness bus-ness man of this city, is over from his present home in Castle Dale, for a visit with relatives and friends, and attending toother business matters. S, Neilson, R, Campbell, Dean Scofield, V, T, Peterson, O, F, Wall, H, C, Jacobs, John Carter, Dr. Winters has been very fortun ate in procuring the sei vices of Miss J u!ia Omstead, a professional train-1 I'd nurse. Miss Omstead has been engaged for the past three years at the L. D. S. hospital in Salt Lake city and comes "to this city very highly recommended by the leading , medical men of Salt Lake city. j The fastest game of basket ball ever seen in this neck of the woods was the one played between Richfield Rich-field and the North Sanpete High , School team last Friday night at' Armory Hall. The game was fast' from the beginning, the local boys holding the visiting team down to just about an even score for the first half. The last half the visitors began be-gan to show their skill a id thorough training to good advantage. The local boys were outclassed in that the visitors were on an average of thirty pounds heavier. The score was 41 to 24 in favor of the visicors. |
