Show Lavona Lund entertained a number num-ber of her little friends at a birth day party at her home Tuesday af ternoon. Games, music and a daintv luncheon were enjoyed by the fol'ow-ing: fol'ow-ing: Ina Larsen, Ludeen Merz, Wayne Neilson, Oliver Seely, Oleah Wall, Bardell Larsen, VeneataSwen-sen, VeneataSwen-sen, Helen Hansen, Esther Knud-sen, Knud-sen, Ruby Knudsen, Rhoda Larsen, Grace Mcintosh, Ethel Lund, Chriatie Clark, and Alice Lund. Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Siout were hostard hostess at a splendid dinner and card party at their home Tuesday Tues-day evening in compliment to the formers birthday. A splendid course dinner was served followed by progressive pro-gressive High Five. Harry Erick-pen Erick-pen won first prize, a beautiful hand painted plate, and Mape Lundberg was awarded the consolation prize. Those present were: Dr. and Mrs. J. C. Stocks, Mrs. Frank Madsen, Mr. C. T. Drage, Mr. and Mrs. I. K. Frampton of Fairview, Harry Erick-sen, Erick-sen, Tressa Larsen, Mr. and Mrs. Orange Aldrich, Mr. and Mrs. M.H Lundberg, and the host and hostess. A number of Bert Peterson's friends gave him a very pleasant 'surprise party at the home of his mother, Mrs. A. L. Peterson, Saturday Satur-day evening. Games, music and luncheon were enjoyed by the following: fol-lowing: Croft Larsen, Bruce Mad-sen. Mad-sen. Dewey Knudsen, Arthur Jorg-ensen, Jorg-ensen, Bert Peterson, Helen Peter-eon, Peter-eon, LeonaSwensen, Alta Stansfield, and Eva Ericksen. Miss Hilda Madsen was. hostess of the Twentieth Century Club on Thursday last. Mrs. Geo. Madsen reviewed Stabdars II lecture on Lon-on. Lon-on. An interesting sketch of the Life of Gladstone was given by Mrs. Geo Christensen, A pleasant social hour followed while the hostess served a delicious lunch. Mrs A. C. Madsen and Mrs. Carter were special spe-cial guests. Sixteen members present. pres-ent. Miss Viola Whittaker entertained at her home last Tuesday evening in honor of Mrs. Seymour R. Dorius of Salt Lake City. The evening was spent in a very pleasant social way. Those present were Miss Ida Merz, Ma: tie Lovell, Winnifred Jensen and Mrs. Dorius. The ladies oiT the Home Culture Club together with their escorts and a number of friends were delightfully delight-fully entertained at thehome of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Cherry Tuesday evening. eve-ning.
