Mrs. Elmira Morton and daughters Pearl and Maxine Young of Nevada are visiting relatives here. Mrs. Greenwood of Elsinore is visiting vis-iting with her sister Mrs. Dr. Edmunds. Ed-munds. Mrs. Eulalia Clayton of Provo is visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs. II. W. Sanderson. Miss Clista Lasson went to Sunny-side Sunny-side to spend the Fourth with relatives. rela-tives. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Poulsen of Richfield spent the Fourth at Fair-view. Fair-view. Simeon Brady who has had a relapse re-lapse of Pneumonia is now getting along nicely. Miss Marsella Lasson came home from Salt Lake City to spend the Fourth. She returned Sunday to her studies at summer school. Mr. and Mrs. Robinson of Spring-ville Spring-ville and Mrs. Lula McMellin of Scho-field Scho-field were here to attend Mrs. Edwards Ed-wards funeral. Ilo Christensen, son of Andrew Christensen, Was taken to the Winters Win-ters Hospital July 5th and operated upon for appendicitis. It was a puss case but he is doing as well as possible. possi-ble. July 2nd, Dr. Edmonds took Mrs. George Wheeler's daughter to Salt Lake and had a plaster paris cast put on her spine. Her ailment is curvature cur-vature of the spine. She is reported doing as well as possible. Funeral services were held in the L. D. S. Meeting House over the remains re-mains of Mrs. Cyanthia Mower Edwards, Ed-wards, July 3rd. II. S. Olsen, David Carlston and Bishop H. P. Hansen all spoke well of her life and character charac-ter and offered consoling romarks to those bereaved. The celebration of the Fourth ot July was a great success. The committee com-mittee deserve credit for the arrange ment and carrying out of the program. pro-gram.
