Show FOUNTAIN GREEN I May Day was celebrated May 4th. j Everything was a success and an en- j joyable day was spent by all. ' On the evening of May 7th the school held their closing exercises at the Opera House. An excellent program was rendered which consisted con-sisted of selections from the orchestra, orches-tra, drills, dialogues and a one act play by different grades. A large crowd was in attendance. The school teachers have all returned re-turned to their homes for the summer. sum-mer. Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Dorius and Myrtle Rees to Wales, Annabel Miller to American Fork, Elizabeth Edler to Salt Lake, after a short visit to Manti, Ray Kelson to Ephraim, and Tillie Borg to Mt. 'Pleasant.af ter a few days visit with friends here. Rozella Jensen entertained in honor hon-or of the pedagogues one night last week. On Friday night Mary and Harriet Coombs entertained in honor of the lady pedagogues. About ten were present. The rooms were beautifully beautiful-ly decorated with lilies and apple blossoms. The table was decorated very prettily and all enjoyed a delicious deli-cious luncheon. On Monday nignt tne Jt-rtniary ot-ficers ot-ficers formed a surprise party and spent the evening at Mrs. Ida Anderson's Ander-son's home. Games were 'played and all spent a jolly evening. Midnight luncheon was served. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Anderson are leaving this week for Leamington where they will live during the summer. sum-mer. J. W. Jewks, A. F. Hanson and N. 0. Livingston are out at Ruby Valley where they are working and buying land. Edna Hardy and Elnalia Blackham of Moroni, stake officers of the Y. L. M. 1 .A. were present Sunday night lor the Y. L. Ward Conference. Monday the shearers returned from Jericho Shearing Plant. Pari' and Rees Holman bought the livery stable from Hyrum Anderson. Born, to the wife of August Johnson, John-son, it boy, May 5. Born, to the wife of Will Collard, a boy, May 3rd. Oral Bigler is very sick with an abcess on his face. James J. Anderson returned last week from Mt. Tleasant Hospital. He isn't feeling as well as was expected after his operation. Anthon Frandsen and Lotus Bigler 1 returned from Idaho last week, i Stella Samuels has gone to Eureka I on a visit. ' Mr. and Mrs. Jim Robertson are I Salt Lake visitors this week. ! Mrs. S. J.
