OCR Text	Show HUERTA TO BOARD CRUISER. Rumored at Vera C-ruz That President Is Preparing to Leave Country. Vera Cruz. An unconfirmed report jvas current Tuesday night that quarters quar-ters had been held for several days on board a foreign cruiser for some Mexican official coming down from the federal capital. It was suggested in some quarters that preparations had been made for the coming of General Huerta or General Blauquet or both. There was a persistent rumor Tuesday Tues-day night that General Huerta was preparing to flee, and some close observers ob-servers expressed the belief that his recent solicitude for the safe exit of Americans from Mexico was designed to insure a. safe conduct for himself In case of emergency.
