Show Program To Be Given On Independence Day Arrangements have been made to have a safe and sane Fourth and the day's program has been outlined by the general committee as follows: Salute at day break Hoisting of the Flag at sunrise Meeting at 10 o'clock a. m. at the Assembly Hall where the following program will be rendered: Master of Ceremonies - P. M. Nielsen, Selection by the band Invocation by Chaplain - Rev. Meeker Violin Solo - Prof. Roylance 10 Minute Toast on 1st Continental ' Congress - Geo. Christensen Piano Solo - Miss Whittelsey 10 Minute Toast on George Washington Washing-ton - J. W. Anderson Vocal Solo - Emma Anderson 10 Minute Toast on A. Lincoln - J. W. Cherry Clairnett Solo - Harold Jensen Reading Declaration of ludependance - Verge Johnson Music by the Band Benediction - Chaplain Between the hours of 2 and 4 o'clock o'-clock p. m. there will be a children's dance given at the Opera House. Begining at 4 o'oclock sport3 for children will take place. A ball game is also scheduled to take place at four in the afternoon. Speech by Mayor John S. Blain.
