WINTER MILLINERY v i Most appropriate for this season of the year, becoming dark colors have precedence in millinery. In the velours, ve-lours, browns and similar fabrics which are so much used, the darker colors are always most beautiful. These ate frequently accentuated and relieved from too extreme somberness by a touch of white. The hat in the drawing lies a charmingly rolled brim of unexaggsrated lines, but with the modish extension of brim of the side. This hat is of black velvet, with-high square crown, against which a beautiful beau-tiful breast and wings of white stands out in bold relief. Two supplementary wings increase the length of the sides.
