Show I- 0.0. F. Lodge Gives Party Honoring Wives The Mt. Pleasant Lodge No. 20, I- 0. O. F. entertained their wives and partners at a Squab Banquet and dance Thursday evening. The banquet was held at Paul's and Vernon's Cafe. Henry Tuttle, Noble Grand, was the toast-master. toast-master. Prayer was offered by 0. D. Young; a vocal duet was given by Harold and Dale Vance of Milburn; instrumental duet, Frank and Warren Shepherd; vical solo by Sam Parry of Manti Lodge No. 23; vocal duet, Helen Allred and Billy Scow. Ferd Alder of Manti Lodge No. 23 was guest speaker of the evening. eve-ning. Out of town guests were: Mr. and Mrs. John Neilson, Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Buchanen, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Tuttle, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Parry, Ferd Alder, Fay Sid-well Sid-well and Frank Madsen, all of Manti. The entertainment committees were as follows: Banquet committee, Andrew Norman, chairman; W. K. Peterson, Peter-son, and L. H. Beck. Program committee, L. H. Beck. Dance committee, F. D. Rowe, chairman, O. D. Young and John Winkelman. There were 66 present at the banquet. Following the banquet JJje group enjoyed dancing at we North Sanpete high school gym. |
