Application Appli-cation Form 10, Physical Fit ness Form 13 and Instruction Form 2223, containing full information as to the character of the examination exami-nation to be given and the requirements re-quirements to be met, may be obtained from the Fountain Green, Utah Postoffice, or by-writing by-writing the 13th division of Civil Service, Federal Bldg., Denver, ' Colorado. Applications must be filed with the United States Civil Service Commission, Washington 25, D. C. on or before November 23, 1944.
