Carter, president of the Central Camp of the Daughters Daugh-ters of the Utah Pioneers at Salt Lake city, will address Sanpete County DUP's Tuesday, Aug. 3. Mrs. Carter will be principal speaker at the County DUP (convention scheduled to begin j Tuesday at 1 p. m. at the Moroni j East Ward, according to Mrs. j LaFonda K. Anderson, president presi-dent of the county organization.
