Civic Clubs To Meet At Richfield Nov. 19 The next meeting of the Associated As-sociated Civic Clubs of Southern South-ern and Eastern Utah is to be held at Richfield on Saturday November 19. The afternoon meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:30 with the following program: Address of welcome by President Arthur Brian; reading of minutes of Monticello meeting. Reports of officers and com mlttees: Water and Reclamation, Reclama-tion, Thomas Jensen; Keer Utah Green, Emer Tangren, As slstant State Forester,-Fire Warden; War-den; Activities in the Field, Wendell Paulsen; Roads, by a representative of the State Road Commission; Re-seeding, Watershed Water-shed Protection, Paul Ashworth; The Past Year, by President Brian; report of Utah Resources Group (illustrated with slides' by Dr. El Roy Nelson of the University Uni-versity of Utah; The State of the Nation, 20 minutes each to Senator Arthur V. "Watkins and Representative Walter K. Granger; questions and answers. Election of officers will bo held. At the evening banquet to be held at the Johnston Hotel the speakers will be Dr. El Roy Nelson, Nel-son, Senator Arthur V. Watkins and Representative Walter K. Granger.
