Show FOUNTAIN GREEN j By Special Correspondence Mrs. Caroline N. Johnson has left for Salt Lake City where she will spend Thanksgiving with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Christensen. S. Army service. Merlin has been stationed in Salt Lake City for the past month. Mrs. Annie Jackson has returned return-ed from Ely, Nevada where she has visited for some time with her daughter, Mrs. Florence Hol-man Hol-man and family. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Cook announce the birth of a granddaughter grand-daughter born November 15th at the Utah Valley Hospital. The parents are Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Cook of Fountain Green. Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Yorgason announce the marriage of their son, Val Gene to Miss Agnes Bennett of Salt Lake City. The ceremony was performed Wednesday, Wed-nesday, Nov. 18th in the Salt Lake L D S Temple. They will make their home in Salt Lake City Mrs. Welcome Chapman has returned from Ogden where she has been visiting for some time with relatives. . Mrs. Florence Cook entertained at a bithday party Thursday evening at her home. Her guests were the members of the club she affiliates with. Asael Olsen left Friday for cnta Ana. California where he has enlisted in the Air Corps. His brother, Newel Olsen of Logan Utah and mother, Mrs. Minnie Olsen of this city, accompanied him to Salt Lake City. Mrs. Ada C. Anderson was hostess hos-tess to the Elite Club members at her home Saturday evening. Mr and Mrs. G. F. Johnson are visiting in Salt Lake City with Seir daughters, Mrs Gayle Bailey Bai-ley and Mrs. Darryl Larsen. Mr and Mrs. Wilford Green have received word that their son Gerald, who is in the service of the United States Army, has been advanced to the rank ox rv.rr.nral in the Chemical War-kre War-kre Service.
