Show Keetch Given Dual Role At Extension Office Appointment of a chairman of each Utah State Agricultural College Extension Service county coun-ty staff was announced today by Dr. Carl Frischknecht. Director. The Exnsion Service has a staff in each county except Daggett, Dag-gett, with headquarters in most cases located at the county seat.
