Irons received consolation prizes. Mrs. Johanna Sophia Andrea-sen Andrea-sen Christensen, 77 died at her nome late Sunday of causes incident in-cident -to age. Mrs. Christensen was born in Aaloorg,' Denmark, January 12, 18G3. In the the lall ol lbou she with her husband, Henry Chris-.ensen, Chris-.ensen, left her native land, coning coni-ng to Utah and settling in Moroni, where they had lived since. She was the mother o. nine children, five of whom survive sur-vive with her husband. They are: Henry Christensen Jr., Rudolph F., Lyman W. and Milo Christensen, all of Moroni; Mrs. Elenora C. Justensen of salt Lake City and thirteen grandchildren. Mrs. Ivan Anderson entertained entertain-ed the sew art club Thursday evening of last week. The following new officers were elected for this year: Mrs. Darwin Christensen, President, Mrs. Ivan Anderson, vice president, Mrs. Orlando Draper secretary, Mrs. Verdis Blackham, reporter. Refreshments were served, the East and West wards honored honor-ed their class leaders and visiting visit-ing teachers Tuesday afternoon. Splendid programs were given and Stake officers attended both wards. |
