It is obvious, that bodily fluids and minerals, lost through perspiration, must be replaced. This is best accomplished through the dr'nking cf adequate amounts of wat:r, and. through salt intake. If too much water Is lost from the blood and tissues, and not replenished, re-plenished, the result may be nervous nerv-ous depression, exhaustion or even cc'lapsj (heat prostration).
