Show Retail Grocers Will Meet at Og-den September 10 Plans for the Thirty-fifth annual Convention of the Utah Retail Grocers Gro-cers Association to be hell September Sept-ember 10th to 12th at the Hotel Ben Ldmtond in Ogden, are rapidly taking tak-ing shape with the leaders in various branches of the food industry accepting ac-cepting invitations to preside ever the open forum- meetings w.uich' this year feature the Convention's consideration con-sideration of retail food problems and their solution. Recognized authorities on all phas-ses phas-ses cf retail food distribution will contribute their experience and knowledge to tlhe treatiment of a ladide diversity of practical subjects ot infoil.r.lal discussions in which all operators will be invited to take part. This year's Convention will again feature the manufactures' products exhibit, a colorful flood display which at the last three Conventions has attracted wide interest, said Convention officials. Francis G. Nicholas, General Convention Con-vention Chairman, reports that large numbers of registrations are Already being received froica Utah, Idaho, Wyolxting and Nevada, and that more than 500 persons are expected ex-pected to attend Convention' sessions and visit Ogden industrial plants. All faciei operators are invited iwlhether association members or not, s.aid , Nicholas, Registration will be on the Main Floor Lounge of the Hotel Ben Lomond. Arrange rlents to entertain about 300 women, who are expected to- be in attendance, at luncheons, fashion reviews, theatre parties and bridge tees, are being made by a comlmittee headed by Mrs. F. G.
