February 14, at the horns of Dr. and Mrs. John B. Anderson, a daughter, in celebration -cf her eightieth birthday. Mrs. Sorensoni was born in Eph-raim, Eph-raim, a, daughter of Peter O. and Ann Catherine Hansen, early pioneers pi-oneers of Utah. She has lived most of her life, in Fairview where-, she-has she-has always been actively engaged in religious and civic work. For years she did practical nursing among the needy, but her services were given withcut a fee. While Mrs. Sorenson never accepted effi-cial effi-cial p sitions in the church, she has served as a Relief Society teacher, and always has been active in all comimittee work.
