They will not attempt to interpret the Unemployment Unem-ployment Compensation law to those applying but will act entirely en-tirely in an advisory capacity in so far as p foperly filing the claim Is concerned. Each volunteer registrar has a supply of continued claims and will supply these claims to applicants in an emergency, with the understanding under-standing that the applicant must contact the United States Employ- ment Service, H. A. C. Building, at if Richfield, Utah, for forms to supply ' their Individual need. Unemployment compensation will only be paid to those who have been employed by covered employers. employ-ers. Employers who are not covered cov-ered are those engaged in agricultural, agricul-tural, domestic and governmental service, and in most cases those with less than four employees. |
