Show j FOUNTAIN GREEN i i - By Special Correspondence Mr. and Mrs. Ross Christiansen announce the birth of a son on July 7th. A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. George C. Jackson, July 9th. I At the clinic for babies and pre-' pre-' school children held this week by Dr. H. E. Dice, there were 58 ex- amined, 25 of whom were found Ito be normal; 18 needed tonsil : operations, and the other 15 had weak hearts and gland trouble. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Livingston announce an-nounce the marriage of their daughter, Mrs. Rowene Carver, to Lee Storey of JWoroni. Their many friends wish them success and hsppiness. Mrs. C. T. Christiansen entertained enter-tained the Ladies Literary club at her home Thursday of last week. Miss Uene Oldroyd went to Fair-view Fair-view Tuesday to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Oldroyd. Word was received recently of the arrival of the fifth daughter at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Bcrgeson of Santaquin. He was music instructor in the local school for several years. Mrs. Loren Merriam of Manti visited here last week-end. The Home Economics club met at their monthly meeting last Friday Fri-day at the Community Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Carter and baby returned to Moroni this week. The Misses June and Joyce Mower, Mow-er, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Terl Mower of Provo, are spending two weeks at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John J. Oldroyd. Miss Lucille Allred returned home this week from Salt Lake where she has been visiting the past two weeks. |
