Show MASONS BESTOW DEGREES ON EIGHT Eight candidates were recipients of the mark master, past master, most excellent master and royal arch degrees of capitular free-maronry, free-maronry, at a spscial convocation cf Mt. Pleasant chapter No. 7, Saturday Sat-urday evening. Degrees were con ferred on Harry Curtis Hawkins, Robert Harvey Smith ,Roy Dav:s, Fran Vincent Ten Eyck and George-Rupert George-Rupert Ten Eyck of Cedar City, Utah, and Jacdb Augustus Houta of Indianola, Utah. The degree work was conferred by the grand chapter officers of thP M. E. Grand chapter cf Royal Arch Masons of Utah. Bert Atwater, grand high priest; John M. Dunlap, grand secretary; T. J. Nelson, grand captain and host, and.F. H. Greene. Wray H. Porter, R. E. Kimberlanc", F. B. Harris, P. B. Pickering, E. H. Binghami, E. F. Gardemann and G. B. Loring of Utah chapter No. 1, Salt Lake City. - Dinner was served in the banquet room of the local Masonic temple at 6 p m., by the Missionary society of the First Presbyterian church. |
