Show Farm Building Skills Subject of Course At CUV School Designed to assist farmers in the Utah County area to improve their farm building skills and abilities, abil-ities, a 24 hour short course lias been scheduled at the Central Utah Vocational School in Provo to begin be-gin on Wednesday evening, April 2, at 7 p.m. The course will be offered of-fered on Wednesday and Thursday of each week for a total of five consecutive weeks. The short course will be under the supervision of Fred S. Cornaby of the school's Agriculture Department with Evan Theobald of Orem doing the instructing. in-structing. Drawing of plans for farm buildings buil-dings will be taught together with the values of farm building materials ma-terials from an insulation and stability standpoint. The instruction instruc-tion will begin with building of the forms for the footings to the completion com-pletion of thte roof. Wiring of the farm building will be taught from a convenience and safety standpoint. Also instruction on both inside and outside painting will be included. Registration for the 24'hour course will be $3.00. The course will be taught in room 107 of the south wing of the Vocational Vo-cational School. |
