Show Milk Tests High ' In Utah County The milk supply in Utah County, being' supervised by the City-County City-County Health Department, has received a rating of 91.64 of a posible 100 on a receht survey by ' the U. S. Public Health Service. This survey conducted by Guy P. Stevens, supervisor of dairying at the Utah State Department of Agriculture and Edgar M. Hayes of the Utah State Department of Health. A rating of 90 is required by the U. S. Public Health- Service for milk to be shipped inter-state. The inspection of the milk supply sup-ply in Utah County is being conducted con-ducted by Craig D. King, Milk Sanitarian for the City-County Health Department. Considerable improvement has been made throughout Utah County Coun-ty and continued progress is being sought so that this rating may be raised with the next Federal inspection in-spection which is required every two years. |
