Show Lindon Primary Has Preparation Meeting Monday "Basic needs of children" was the lesson presented by Carol Chidester ' to the Primary Teachers Teach-ers of Lindon at their monthly preparation meeting Monday evening. even-ing. This was a help to the teachers teach-ers in that it gives them material for meeting the needs of the children child-ren in teaching their classes each week. Those present joined in open discussion and presented their own aids in handling child situations that arise in the classroom class-room and their method of control. After the lesson the officers and teachers planned their Christmas party. It will be held December 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Lindon Ward Relief Society Room. This will be a potluck dinner with those present pre-sent exchanging small Christmas gifts. N Other hllfiinPQO falron nn-a included the planning of the Christmas program that the Primary Pri-mary association is in charge of for the annual ward Christmas party. This is held for all ward members. This year it will be on December 23 in the Lindon Ward recreation hall. A fine program was outlined with all Primary classes participating. Other organizations are beine- called on to help present a seasonal seas-onal program for the people. After the program treats will be given to those in attendance. The meeting was held at the home of Pearl Remund with Ven-na Ven-na Smith acting as co-hostess. They served tasty refreshments before the close of the evening. |
