Show Services Held Sat. For Mrs. Eliza Ash Christianson Impressive funeral services were conducted in the Lindon ward chapel Saturday for Mrs. Eliza Ash Christianson, who died on Jan. 24th. With Bishop LeGrande Ercan-brack Ercan-brack in charge, the service began be-gan with prayer offered by Patriarch Pat-riarch D. B. Thorne. The Allen quartette, Taylor, Leo, Elwood and Don sang "That Wonderful Mother of Mine." They were accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Taylor Allen. Speakers who offered words of sympathy and condolence to the family and paid tribute to the noble life and work of Mrs. Christianson, and told of the promises pro-mises made by Jesus to those who live the true gospel were Bishop A. L. Cullimore, Max Harper, and former Bishop Alroy Gillman. They were interspersed by a vocal solo "That's What God Made Mothers For" by Ray E. Shelley, accompanied by Mrs. Irene Ellison. After closing remarks by Bishop Bis-hop Ercanbrack, the Allen Bros, sang the final number, "In The Garden." Benediction was pronounced prono-unced by Charles J. Cobbley. Prelude and postlude music was played by Mrs. Ruffell, and prayer pray-er at the home prior to the services ser-vices was offered by Bishop LeGrande Le-Grande Ercanbrack. Burial was made in the Pleasant Grocve City Cemetery, where Jos. Ash offered the dedicatory prayer. Pallbearers, all grandsons of Mrs. Christianson were Bill Christianson, Chris-tianson, Norman , Christianson, Richard Park, Paul Christianson, Russell Park and LaMar Miller. |
