Show Third Ward Boy Scouts and Aaronic Priesthood Boys Will Banquet Saturday, February 3 The 3rd ward scout and aaronic priesthood banquet will be held Saturday evening, February 3rd, in the ward recreational hall. Individual Indi-vidual and group awards will be given to aaronic priesthood boys. The scouting awards will not be available for the meeting. Individual awards were granted as follows: Deacons: Kenneth Adamson, Lyman Nielson, Gerald Walker, Harold Turner, Ross Nelson, Larry Lar-ry Sorenson, Vernon Jenkins. Teachers Lyle Christianson, Jay Paul, David Newman, Arth-ello Arth-ello Steele, Vance J. West, Keith Warburton. Priests Wm. Austin, Robert Macfarlane, Thoral Rasmussen, i Kenneth Richins, Dee Walker and James Walker. Group awards will be given to given to teachers and priests. The affair is sponsored by the bishoprics and troop committee, with Daryl Huish acting for the priesthood and A. M. Steele and J. C. Hilton chairmen of the scout committee. Scout masters are Geo. L. Paul, Daryl Huish and Charles Christ-! Christ-! ianson and Virgil Leonard. Special guests will be Rulon I Doman National Parks, Scout Executive and H. V. Swenson of : Timpanogos Stake. All boys between the ages of 11 and 18 and their parents are in-I in-I vited to participate, I The Boy Scouts will also furnish the program at the Sunday eve- ning church services. |
