Show Cadmus Club Is Entertained By Mrs. Adamson The Cadmus club met Monday evening at the home of Thelma Adamson to enjoy a program conducted con-ducted by Effie Adams. Lynnel Johnson and Colleen All-red, All-red, the two girls from Pleasant Grove to attend Girls State, gave an interesting report of their activities ac-tivities there. Miss Estelle Fenton gave a very worthwhile account of a recent UNESCO meeting. She discussed racial appreciation and international internat-ional relations, with a challenge to each one present to think constructively con-structively and have a greater capacity ca-pacity for service. Thelma Adamson played the recording re-cording "America the Beautiful," with James Milton as soloist. Tasty refreshments were served serv-ed by the hostess, assisted by her daughter, Mary Louise. There were twenty-one club members and the following guests present; Mrs. Arvilla Harvey, Mrs. Rose Radmall, and Mrs. Lydia Hilton. Next meeting will be held at the home of Cumorah Cullimore, Sept. 25. |
