Show Timpanogos Stake Mission Arranges Series of Meetings Unusual activity is being carried on by the Timpanogos Stake Mission Mis-sion and all of the missionaries are being kept busy. A series of lectures on LDS be-lef be-lef and doctrine Is planned, especially espec-ially for non-members of the L. D. S. church. On Thursday evening, October' 20, Thomas Fenton addressed an interested group on the subject "L. , D. S. Temples and Salvation For The Dead." Two weeks ago Wm. C. Smith presented a well prepared lecture on "Historical Highlights of L. D. S. Church." These meetings were held in the Seminary building. Last Sunday baptismal services were held at the Alpine Stake Tabernacle Tab-ernacle and three new converts to the church were baptized for Timpanogos Tim-panogos Stake. Timpanogos Stake Mission President Pres-ident H. Burmeister and his entire group of 15 missionaries were pre-snet. pre-snet. j The mission plans to hold more interesting lectures in the future to which all non members of the L. D. S. church are cordially invited. Dates for meetings will be announced an-nounced in the Pleasant Grove Review. |
