To assure ample "manpower" for the concerted drive against rubbish, trash accumulations and other unsightly un-sightly conditions the cooperation of all able-bodied persons is asked, Mayor Marrott said. "This being centennial year, the cleanup campaign should be undertaken un-dertaken with a g-reat deal of enthusiasm, en-thusiasm, and we should have the cleanest town in the state, and if the campaign is a success., it will require the cooperation of all. We are asking the business men, schools, civic clubs and people generally gen-erally to back us up and put over this campaign successfully." the Mayor stated. |
