Show Letter Mailed to Organizations Civic Clubs of Pleasant Grove: At the beginning of the new year Pleasant Grove City finds that it is confronted with many problems and projects. We, the Mayor and City Council, are asking for the cooperation of your organization in promoting the various projects that are before us. We feel that a cooperative spirit between the clubs, organizations organ-izations and Pleasant Grove City will greatly accelerate these undertakings. ' Some of the important projects that we have to consider and act upon by this administration are: 1. SEWER SYSTEM: We feel that a Sewer Systme is the most importnat project and will greatly determine the growth of our city. 2. ARMORY BUILDING: This needs planning and help from all of us. 3. NEW ROADS: Opening of new roads into underdeveloped underdevelop-ed areas of our city is very much needed. 4. AIRPORT: This is a project for all cities of North Utah County. 5. CHILD DELINQUENCY: A problem for all the county. 6. CULINARY WATER: The development of more culinary water for our city is a big undertaking. 7. ROAD IMPROVEMENT: Improvement of the present roads and the beautification of Highway approaches is badly needed. 8. RECREATIONAL FACILITIES: Help from all sources is needed in improving our present recreation facilities and planning plan-ning new facilities for recreation. 9. GARBAGE AND TRASH DISPOSAL 10.
