Show TimpanogosSoil Conservation Elects Supervisors The board of supervisors of the Timpanogos Soil Conservation District Dis-trict is now complete following the election of three more officers, S. R. Boswell, Utah County Agent reported today. Elections on the three committee men were held September 21, 25, and 26 and the State Soil Conservation Conserv-ation Committee has announced that Frank Carnessecca, Mapleton, G. M. Hinckley, Provo and Clyde Holdaway, Vineyard were the committeemen com-mitteemen selected. The new supervisors will join J. W. Gillman, Orem, and Karl Alle-man, Alle-man, Springville, on a 5 man board to represent the farmers in the conservation district comprising Mapleton, Springville, Provo, Lake View, Vineyard and)rem. 1 The first meeting of the board of supervisors will be on Monday evening, October 6, at which time they will receive instructions as to their "dutiees from Ray Walker, Supervisor State Soil Conservation Service and A. G. Kilburn, Ex-teension Ex-teension Service Coordinator, Logan, Lo-gan, Utah. At the above mentioned meeting the boards of supervisors of the Alpine and Nebo districts will be further acquainted with their duties. |
