Show Five A. F. Boys Assured of Trip To Encampment Five American Fork boys this week were assured of being sponsored sponsor-ed at the Boys State at Camp Williams, Will-iams, July 7 to 20, as sponsors for that many representatives completed arrangements for financing their expenses. ex-penses. Dan Hindley was selected as the representative to be sponsored by American Pork City, Gene Parker by the American Legion, LaMar Graff by the Legion Auxiliary, Glen Barratt by the Junior Chamber of Commerce, and Eddie Smith by his father, Ed Smith. Today at noon is the deadline for further entries, Legionnaire W. E. Hoggard announced. The local Legion Leg-ion post will be allowed to send several sev-eral more boys, if sponsors are found. Cost of the two weeks' camp is $15 for each boy. The representative to be sponsored sponsor-ed by the Junior Chamber of Commerce Com-merce was selected through a contest, con-test, in connection with a dance Wednesday night. Proceeds of the dance will be used to defray the boy's expenses. |
