Corporal Brady has been in the service 32 months, 18 of which has been spent in France and Germany. The last word received by the parents par-ents came from France- The young 1 soldier set sail for home on Aug. 26. and landed on Sept. 5. He rc- ported back to Fort Douglas, Wed-I Wed-I nesday. Sergeant' Marvin L- Radmall, of I Pleasant Grove, Utah, and hundreds hun-dreds of other enlisted men at B-29 bases in the Marianas have been commended by the Commanding General o'f the Twentieth Air Force. e Sergeant Radmall is a radio mechanic with the ground echelons supporting the almost daily Super-fort Super-fort assults against the Japanese mainland. Corporal and Mrs. Leland B. j Dial left Thursday for their home! in Shelley. Idaho, after being the guests at the home of Mrs. Dial's aunt Mrs. Leone Told. Mrs. Dial's mother. Douglas Army Air Field, Ariz Sept. 8th A graduate o'f advanced pilot training class 45 -F, Dale M. Deveraux, of Pleasanrprove, Utah, today received his wings and commission com-mission as a second lieutenant in the Army Ah- Forces. Lieut. Deveraux, the son of Mr. and Mrs- Ira S Deveraux, graduated from Pleasant Grove high school. Before entering military service, he was employed in Bingham Canyon. Utah. I ' Leo B. West is visiting here with his parents Mr. and Mrs. L, G. West. He has recently arrived from overseas duty with the Military Police. Mr. West has been in the armed service nearly three years. |
