Show Miss Barbara Thorne of Richfield, Rich-field, who has been spending the winter with her grandparents, Patriarch Pa-triarch arid Mrs. David Thorne, was operated upon for appendicitis at the American Fork hospital Sunday evening. According to latest reports re-ports her condition is satisfactory. Fred C. Shoell and Harold S. Walker represented the Timpanogos stake at a meeting of Aaronic Priesthood Priest-hood leaders of the stakes in Utah county, which was held in Provo, Sunday. At this meeting it was decided that the annual Aaronic Priesthood outing would be held May 18 at Saratoga Springs. All the quorums of the Timpanogos stake will be expected to attend this gathering. A hand carved leather medal will be awarded the stake that has the. largest per cent of attendance of its boys present between the ages of 12 and 20. Oscar Kirkham will address the boys at the morning meeting which begins at 10 o'clock. After the picnic lunch, swimming will be enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. William L. Green returned home last Sunday from a fifteen day trip to Pensacola, Florida, Flor-ida, where they went to be present at the marriage of their son, David and Miss Carol Hatch of Provo' They reported a most interesting tour of the sixteen states traversed. Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum P. Jones of Spanish Fork, entertained some of their Pleasant Grove friends and neighbors last Saturday evening eve-ning a dinner.
