Show t j Ten Years Ago Now (Taken from files of Dec. 13, 1924) Tryouts for the high school play were held Tuesday night. Those successful in winning parts were George Ball, Nyle Wadley, Gene v. Paulson, Ervine Smith, Raymond Peterson, Reta Page, Clara Williamson, William-son, Clara Blackhurst, Leone Jensen, Sytha West, Atha Brown, Blanche Mitchell and Maurine Bullock. The play is entitled "The Charm School". Ten Years Ago Now F'iday afternoon Virgil West, 12, son of Mr. and Mrs. V. N. West, was pitched over the head of a horse frightened by children throwing snowballs, and the lad suffered a slight brain contussion. Ten Years Ago Now The Orem station at Lindon has discontinued. The Cullimore store is to handle express and freight and will sell the tickets. Ten Years Age- Now A very appreciative audience witnessed wit-nessed the production of "The Famous Fam-ous Mrs. Fair", by the Second ward Saturday night. Mrs. H. Winficld Clark appeared in the title role. The supporting cast included Frank Newman, New-man, Lucile Paulson, Alfred Swen-son, Swen-son, George Ball, Zelda Nelson, Inez Humphries, Noma Weeks, Leone Jensen, Jen-sen, Betha Jenson, Blanch Mitchell, Ruth Archer and Ethel Foutz. Mrs. O. E. Grua was director. |
