Show u Windsor Ward Old Folks Entertain The Old Folks of the Windsor ward were royally entertained Wednesday Wed-nesday by the Old Folks committee, Mr. and Mrs. R;iy Gillman and Mr. and Mrs. John Swenson and Mr. and Mrs. Merval Walker and wife assisted assist-ed by Mr. and Mrs. Archie Maxfleld and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde GJllman. The Old Folks were taken to Lib- ,., erty park in Salt Lake, where a sumptuous luncheon was served. The tables were decorated with roses and n gladiollas, the color scheme being: pink and white. AT' After the luncheon had been served serv-ed the guests were taken through the state capitol with Mr. Foot in charge of the party. After visiting the capi- tol, an auto trip was enjoyed through City Creek canyon and around th boulevard to the state penitentuary, entering the State highway again at i Murray for home. Many of the thirty-eight Old Folk present expressed their appreciation for the day's entertainment |
