Show D. U.P. Groups Hold Meetings The Daughters of the Pioneers of the American Fork camp met at the home of Mrs. Alice Ohristensen Thursday afternoon. The following program, presided over by Captain Lovenia C. Booth, was given: Piano solo, Evelyn Peck; a historical sketch of the lives of Betsy Bonny Mur-dock Mur-dock and Alphonzo Green was given by Violate Green Clark; the lesson, les-son, "A Pioneer Library in Every Community" was given by Merling D. Clyde; Joan and Elizabeth Green sang, "Into the Dusk With You," accompanied by Leah B. Green. Interesting In-teresting talks were given by County Coun-ty President Mary T. Dahlquist and First Vice President Sarah B. Cum-mings Cum-mings of Provo. They announced that the county convention would be held in Provo, March 29th. Benediction Ben-ediction was offered by Chaplain Mary E. Abel. Mary T. Dahlquist conducted the election in which the following ladies la-dies were elected to the various positions: po-sitions: Lovenia Booth, captain; Mary A. Shelley, first vice captain; Ada Barratt, second vice captain; Ellen J. Tracy, secretary; Grace Nicholes, treasurer; Merling Clyde, class leader; Bertha Sagers, historian; histor-ian; Merle Scott and Rintha Chris-tensen, Chris-tensen, clipping committee; Eliza Buckwalter, chaplain; Lettie Gud-mundsen Gud-mundsen and Marie Parker, care of relics; May Preston, registrar; Auropha Leffler, organist; Alice Christensen, assistant organist; Hazel Walker, chorister; Blanch Tatter-soll, Tatter-soll, parliamentarian; Maacah Devey and Lexie Briggs, refreshment committee. com-mittee. Refreshments were served by the hostesses. There were 25 members and 11 visitors present. The Adams Camp of the Daughters Daugh-ters of the Utah Pioneers met at the home of Mrs. Nora Ingersoll on Thursday. The histories of Thomas Thom-as Featherstone and his wife, Emma Em-ma Smith Featherstone, were given by his granddaughter, Nina Wan-ass. Wan-ass. The history of his other wife. Martha Richard Featherstone, was given by Mabel Miller. Darrell Wan-lass, Wan-lass, great grandson, sang a solo. A solo was given by Byrl Featherstone Feather-stone Johnson. The lesson on Indian In-dian chiefs was given by Myrtle Seastrand. Sea-strand. Darrell Wanlass and Byrl Johnson sang a duet. Granddaughter Granddaugh-ter Vera F. Larson of Highland sang a solo. County Representative Mrs. Porter and Mrs. Taylor of Provo were present. After the program Parliamentarian Parliamentar-ian Elizabeth Coddington conducted the election of officers. The following fol-lowing ladies were elected to serve for the next two years: Mary A. Anderson, captain; Charlotte D. Shelley, first vice captain; Mary S. Webb, second vice captain; Lucy Bush, secretary and treasuer; Elizabeth Eliza-beth 'Ovard, chaplain; Sarah A. Shelley, assistant chaplain; Laura Timpson, chorister; Haydee Iverson, organist; June S.
