Show First Ward Outing Much Enjoyed There were approximately 125 members of 'the First ward in attend-ance attend-ance at the annual ward outing held We'dnesday afternoon at Saratoga re- j sort. This is perhaps one of the smallest representations to any ward function staged this year, however, those who were present report a much enjoyed time. A ball game, horse shoe pitching, swimming and childrens games were the day's diversions. A splendid program, pro-gram, the numbers furnished by ward talent, was a feature of the entire activities. During the luncheon hour, the Community Activity committee, served serv-ed free punch to the group. Later in the evening, more First warders joined the crowd and participated partici-pated in the swimming activities. |
