Show sister of Mrs. Vance. Quite a number of Alpine people attended the memorial services of J. W. Booth held at Provo Sunday. ALPINE HEWS Mrs. L. Bates, Reporter. AMVUAI REUNION OF MOYLE FAMILY HELD The descendents and relatives of the John Rowe Moyle family held their annual reunion Saturday, July 27, in Alpine, at the home of John Moyle. Assembling commenced at 3 p. m-at m-at which time handshaking was enjoyed. en-joyed. At 6 o'clock that evening they gathered gath-ered at the Alpine Gymnasium for lunch and a program. There were 104 present for the program, feature, which consisted of the following numbers: Orchestra selecUon under the direction di-rection of Miss Faye Parker; prayer. John F. Moyle; address of welcome. John Moyle, son of tfohn Rowe Moyle; vocal, solo, Mary Van Cott; reading, Chloe Vincent; cello solo, Kenneth Burten; shart talk, "Value of Family Organization," Myron Moyle; saxa-phone saxa-phone solo, Alma Binns; address, "History and Facts of the Moyle family fam-ily of the past Generation", Oscar W. Moyle. In Mr. Moyle's talk he touched on the character of the late Stephen Moyle in regard to the Water suit between Lehi and Moyle. The election of officers for the coming com-ing year was the next part of the program, followed by another selection selec-tion from the orchestra. Bertha M. Gray gave the closing prayer. The next reunion will be held at the home of 0. W. Moyle in Salt Lake City. Out-of-town visitors present were: Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Moyle and family, Mr. an'd Mrs. Oscar W. Moyle and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Van Cott and daughter, Frank Moyle and son, Mrs. T. T. Burten and son, Miss Gertie Moyle, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Clawson and family, Mrs. Bertha, Gray and family, Mrs. Alfred Moyle and daughters, Mrs. Hyrum Jenkins and daughter of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Joseph Stubbs and family, Mr. and Mrs. Moyle Stubbs, Miss Edna Hansen I of Provo, Mrs. Samuel Cluff of Heber, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Binns and son of Highlan'd, Moyle Binns of Scho-field, Scho-field, Mrs. Edna Parker and family and Mrs. Grace Barratt and family of American Fork. , Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Clark were: Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Cracroft, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Cra-croft Cra-croft an'd children, Mr. and Mrs. Clift Cracroft and Mrs. White and daughters, daught-ers, Cicily and Florence all of Salt Lake. Mrs. Dean Smith entertained the Happy Dozen Club at her home Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon. The usual activities activi-ties were engaged in, after which a dainty lunch was served. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Clark were guests of relatives in Salt Lake Tuesday Tues-day and Wednesday. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Strong are: the Misses Evelyn and Betty Merrill of California, sisters of Mrs. Strong. Mrs. Smith and children of Salt Lake, are guests of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Vance.
