Show Bakery To Be Opened Again The American Fork City Bakery, which has been closed for several weeks, will be reopened for business next week, according to LeRoy Griffin, Grif-fin, new manager of the Bakery. Mr. Griffin, who has been employed em-ployed for the past seven years by the Continental Baking Company in Salt Lake, feels that he can offer of-fer to the people of American Fork a very high class brand of baked goods. He will specialize in baking a fine type of bread but will also have for sale excellent cookies and cakes of all types and kinds. The Bakery building has been freshly papered and cleaned. The display and selling room has been papered and the show cases are being cleaned. The equipment equip-ment is being renovated and cleaned. Vhe baking ovens are being be-ing converted from coal to gas. Mr. Griffin believing that baking with gas heat produces a finer grade of goods and a more uniform product. pro-duct. The Bakery will be opened for business by July 15th and a grand opening, details for which will be announced later, will be held on Saturday, July 17th. n |
