JENKINS, MRS. i GEO. H. RAYBOTJLD and FREDERICK C. LOOFBOUROW, statutory trustees of the assets and properties of HOME HOLDING COMPANY, INC., BYRON P. FISHER FISH-ER and CECIL M. FISHER, his wife, and MC CONAUGHY-LOSEE LUMBER LUM-BER COMPANY, a corpn. Defendants. Defen-dants. To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on Sat., the 23rd day of September, 1933, at ten o'clock a. m, of said day at the front door of the County Court House, at the City and County Bldg., situate in Provo, Utah County, Utah, all the right, title and interest inter-est of the above named defendants, of, in and to the following described real property, in Utah County, Utah, to-wit: Commencing at a point 11.66 chains West and 5.73 chains South from the Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, in Township 6 South, Range 2 East of the Salt Lake Base and Meridian, running thence South 14.27 chains; thence West 18.15V4 chains; thence in a Northwesterly direction along the East Bank of the North Union Canal to a point 22.76 chains West of the point of beginning, thence East 22.76 chains to the place of beginning, and containing an area of 29.29 acres . Subject to a right-of-way in common com-mon with others for travel upon the West two rods of above, being the two rods along the East side of bank of the North Union Canal. Together with twenty acres of Primary Water right in the Provo Reservoir Company's Canal as shown and recorded in Book 170 of Deeds, at page 14, records of Utah County, State of Utah, also twenty-seven twenty-seven shares of the Blue Cliffs Canal Company. - In lieu of the aforesaid 20 acres of Primary Water right in the Provo Reservoir Company's Canal, there are 20 shares of Full Water right stock of the Provo Reservoir Water Users Company; and in lieu of the aforesaid 27 shares of Blue Cliff's Canal Company, there are 9 shares of Full Water right stock of the Provo Reservoir Water Users Company.
