Show i The Seminary j The Pleasant Grove L. D. S. Semi- nary is in a very thriving condition, j It was .pronounced "one of the most ? ideal semiinaries of (the church" by I Dr. George H. Brimhall, supervisor i of seminaries, on his recent visit to j our school. I Six interesting classes daily are f being taught. No radical changes or 1 spents have been taken but its steady j growth bas been noted. The influ- j ence of our saminary in its efforts i for good and the more abundant lifa 1 has continually increased under the j leadership of our active sincere teach- j er. The few young people who are not receiving its help are missing j much that would help them to under- j stand the problems of life. Another feature of the work which j is proving very successful is the i Wednesday evening missionary class. ? Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Clark are proud j parents of a baby boy born December 10th. i H. Wi'nfield Clark was honorably 'released from the California mission on December 20 and has returned home. Elder Clark has been president presi-dent of the San Jose district for the i ,past six months and has done splendid splen-did work and made many friends (during the eighteen months he has spent in San Jose. - |
