Show o Leadership Week Program Outlined Provo, Utah--Foremost leaders of church and state will address general assemblies of Leadership Week at Brigham Young University, January 29 to February 2. Heber J. Grant, president of the L. D. S. Church, is expected to speak on Wednesday unless unforeseen events interfere. Governor Henry H. Blood will speak Friday as part of the regional meeting of the Utah State Conference of Social Work, being held in connection with Leadership Lead-ership Week. Dr. John A. Widtsoe, of the L. D. S. Council of the Twelve, will address ad-dress the general assembly Monday, -as well as lecturing to the Genealogy section. President A. W. Ivins will discuss "Great Characters I have Known" on Tuesday. Hon. Nephi L. Morris will speak on the topic of "Character in the Business World" on Thursday. Men and women interested in individual in-dividual and community development develop-ment annually come by thousands from many parts of western America Ameri-ca to attend Leadership Week. This year is the 13th annual week. The theme is "Character in the Modern World." n |
