Bank Pays Out Trust Funds The Bank of American Fork released re-leased $2,649 yesterday to depositors who placed this amount of money in the bank after the state examination showed the capital stock was .impaired. .im-paired. Authority for the payment of this amount was made Saturday by District Dis-trict Judge M. M. Larson on petition by District Judge M. M. Larson on petition of J. A. Malia. The ruling was made that all deposits made two days before closing would be returned.
