Show guests of Mrs. Sagcr's parents, Mr, and Mrs. James C. Healey. A shower was given for Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Healey Friday 'evening. Mr. and Mrs. Healey lost a part of their home, food, and clothing by fire a short time ago. Alpine News Mrs. L. Bates, Reporter Mr. Samuel O. strong and little Miss Mary Little are both quite ill at the Lehi hospital. Their many friends hope for their speedy recovery. re-covery. Tuesday morning a baby son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Earl M. Devey. The little one passed away Thursday night and following funeral services at the home late Friday afternoon, interment took place in the Alpine cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Bair of Bountiful were visiting relatives in Alpine Friday. Dolores Bates accompanied ac-companied them home and will visit with them for a few days. The Misses Erma Smith. Alice Clark, and Vera Healey, who are employed in Salt Lake City, spent the week-end with their parents. The program for the M. I. A. Conjoint meeting Sunday evening was furnished by friends from Salt Lake City. The program was as follows: Vocal duet, Misses Chelta and Gayle Moss. The speaker was Heber Q. Hale, former president of the Boise stake; vocal duet, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Moss; reading, Miss Gayle Moss; vocal duet, Mrs. Ray Moss and Miss Chelta Moss. Mr. arid Mrs. Frank Bennett and children of Pleasant Grove and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Buckner and children chil-dren of Magna, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Myers Marsh.
