Show delicious lunch was served. More than forty ladies were present and extended birthday greetings to the three guests of honor. A very nice program was given by the Sunday School in honor of Mother's Day Sunday morning, bix-ty-nine mothers were present and were each presented with a pottea fern. Mrs. Wayne Buckner and children of Magna, are visiting Mrs. Burner's Bur-ner's parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. u. McDaniel. Mrs. Don C. Strong Sr. is also at the McDaniel home where she is still confined to her bed. Mrs. Strong has been very ill all winter. Mrs. Vesper Diamond of Spring-ville Spring-ville is visiting at the home of her sister, Mrs. Pheobe Wilson. Mr. Boy Bair who is employed at the Yankee mine visited his family Monday. Miss Fern Fewgate of Ferron is visiting her sister, Mrs. Melvin Devey. The Happy Dozen Club, armed with their lunch baskets spent Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon with Mrs. Adin H. Brown. ALPINE NEWS Mrs. Lenard Bates, Beporter Thursday afternoon the Daughters of the Pioneers held their regular monthly meeting in the Belief Society So-ciety room. Following the program lunch was served by Mrs. ' Mary B. Booth and Miss Myrtle Groo. The Belief Society entertained Friday afternoon in honor of the birthdays of Mesdames F. C. Clark, D. J.
