Show Application made for rerefiner permit CAUSE No. ORA-011-88. THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL PERSONS PER-SONS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE ENTITLED EN-TITLED MATTER. Notice is hereby given that the Division is commencing an informal in-formal adjudicative proceeding to consider the Application for Rerefiner Permit filed by Eugene Dalton, representative for Petroleum Processors Inc., P.O. Box 6358, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106, telephone (801) 785-0161, for a used oil rerefiner permit. The proposed operations located at 440 W. Geneva Road, Orem, Utah, will utilize distillation procedures to process approximately ap-proximately 650,000 gallons of used oil annually. Administrative approval ap-proval of this permit will be granted unless an objection is filed with fifteen days after publication of this notice by a person authorized to participate par-ticipate as a party in this adjudicative proceeding. If such an objection is received, an informal adjudicative ad-judicative hearing will be scheduled before the presiding officer of the division. The application in this matter may be inspected in the office of the undersigned at the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining, 355 W. North Temple, Suite 350, Salt Lake City, Utah.
