Jensen, son of Bob and Lois Jensen, will exchange vows on Thursday, Aug. 20, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will be held in their honor that evening in the Pleasant Grove Third Ward, 195 S. 400 East. Attending the bride as matron of honor will be Susan Calderwood. Laney Weight, Kathy Jensen and Karla Clayson will be bridesmaids. Best man is Damn Jensen. The bride-to-b- e is currently employed at Sunset Sports Center and the Wooden Spoon. She will be attending Utah Valley Community College. The bridegroom is employed at Signetics. He graduated from Ricks College. He will also attend Utah Valley Community College. Bezzant, Pleasant Grove, are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Diane Elizabeth, to Gary Lynier Ogborn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Ogborn, Salinas, Calif. The couple will exchange vows in the Jordan River LDS Temple on August 21. A reception will honor the newly weds on Aug. 28 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Orem 21st Ward, 50 S. 750 West Orem. She currently at-tends BYU and works at the Brick Oven in Provo. The prospective groom is a graduate of Mountain View High School. He currently attends BYU where he will be a teaching assistant this fall and will graduate in April. The couple spent the last two summers working as river guides on the Colorado and Green Rivers. Wakefield, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon D. Wakefield, Salt Lake City, Saturday, Aug. 22, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Following the ceremony, a wedding breakfast will be hosted by the bridegroom's parents at the Lion House. A garden reception will honor the couple that evening from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the home of the bride's parents, 749 E. 200 South, Pleasant Grove. The event is open to all friends and relatives. Shrader, son of Daniel H. and Patricia Shrader of Longmont, Colo., Thursday, Aug. 20, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will honor the couple that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Manila Stake Center, 105 W. 1800 North, Pleasant Grove. An open house will further honor the couple Saturday at the home of the bridegroom's parents in Longmont, Colo. The events are open to all friends and relatives. Mrs. Farnsworth was born Aug. 26, 1907, in Lehi to George and Emma Austin Loveridge. She was reared in Lehi and married Walter J. Farnsworth June 17, 1926, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The Farnsworths lived in Salt Lake City and California, and moved to American Fork about six years ago. Mr. Farnsworth died Oct. 14, 1985. Mrs. Farnsworth has been a homemaker and very active in the LDS Church, where she has held positions in the Relief Society and the Primary. She enjoys spending time with her family. She has eight children, Mrs. Robert (Lois) Willis and Dale Farnsworth, both of San Ber-nardino, Calif.; Jean Bryant, Walter J. Farnsworth Jr. and Mrs. Frank (Linda) Woodcox, all of American Fork; Dr. Lee Farnsworth, Provo; Ronald Farnsworth, Portland, Ore.; and Bruce Farnsworth, Benjamin, Utah. She has 68 grandchildren and 100 Ethel Farnsworth |
